There are 2450mm, 2050mm, 1650mm rolling mill, 1850mm two-stand continuous cold rolling mill, one quenching furnace, one set of tension pre-streching machine. We also own press machine, double-sided milling, cutting machine, recoiler, grinding machine, lathe, casting well, annealing furnace, smelting furnace and so on. Above all, 1+4 hot rolling production line is designed and assembled by ourselves and we own independent intellectual property rights. And it’ s in the lead of rolling force, rolling speed and rolling width. 2450 cold rolling line is unique, our products specifications: thickness(0. 008mm-300mm), length(under11 meters), width(under 2300mm). Testing Instruments
The Wanda factory has spectrum analysis room, chemical analysis room, tensile testing room and metallographic room, which has advanced laboratory supporting facilities. It is equipped with two SPECTOMAXX spectrometers and four SPECTROLAB spectrometers imported from Germany, spectroscopic microscope, Fourier transform infrared rolling spectrometer imported from the United States, AAS2610 atomic absorption spectrophotometer, electronic universal testing machine, 722 spectrophotometer, thermostatic electric blast drying oven, vacuum drying oven, electricity conductivity meter, PH meter, petroleum products distillation tester, kinematic viscosity tester and other equipment. It can accurately detect and analyze the chemical composition of 1-8 series aluminum alloy. These accurately detect the properties of products with thickness of 0.08-50mm, and accurately measure the physical and chemical indexes of emulsion and rolling oil.
The testing center, with a total area of 360 square meters, has a highly educated and high quality monitoring team, improving the professionalism, accuracy, timeliness of products testing.
